I bought a wedding biriyani kit from near super market it was a worst experience I ate worst biriyani in my life it was totally waste of money

The Biriyani was okay. But the seasoning oil is way too less. There’s hardly any flavour without the oil. But the instructions and ingredients were right. The rice and meat cooked well.

I ordered the combo Biriyani's of Tamilnadu. You are continiously keeping more than 250 grams of rice which will inturn destroy the biriyani if made with the 1 and a half cup of water that you suggest. Im not an expert in cooking and the dindigal biriyani that i made was burnt. Experts wouldn't order from you i guess. Consider people like me if you have that passion towards your products.

The taste is good , but the aroma of biriyani is too strong it could be mild and more spicy flavour rather sour flavour

I was so excited to try the cookd briyani and i purchased the combo kit that has all the types of briyani. We tried the wedding bhai biryani recipe first and followed the instructions as told. The output was very average. The briyani looked amazing but the taste was very average and the seasoning oil had a medicinal smell that was very overpowering and with every bite i took the oils smell was present. To sum up i would say i was so excited to taste it but it turned out to be very average. What i feel is that the masala lacked flavour and the seasoning oils smell was very overpowering and these two ingredients spoiled the whole dish. I hope the other kits wont disappoint me.

I prepared it recently on Diwali..Oh man!!! What a taste...it was extremely delicious 😋. I made it using biryani handi and not pressure cooker.I got compliments from everyone,also I tried Kerala chicken fry masala. It was good too.

As a muslim I don't think this tastes like bhai biryani and has very mild flavours and spice it was too bland I think cooked should add different flavouring. Learn from an authentic biryani chef probably that would be good

As a biryani lover, I tried making biryani for the first time using this kit, and I must say it made the whole process surprisingly easy. I never expected a kit that could help anyone prepare such a flavorful dish with very little effort.

The biryani tasted really good. A little more biryani masala and oil would make it even better, but overall, it is a wholesome and satisfying product.

I don’t think this product is for vegetarians. Always and always the picture on the pack is a non vegetarian product. It is as if you guys don’t want any vegetarians to buy.

For example Daawat’s Biriyani kits - They are also made for non-vegetarians like any other product. But, theirs is not as repulsive as yours. Most of your video recipes and product placements are non-vegetarian. You don’t even make an effort to do anything for vegetarians.

The reason why I am commenting is- My wife likes your products while I cannot stand the sight of it in my kitchen. I don’t know, I seem to dislike your products without even trying (she made with your products, I did not want to have them, she liked it though). I know that it is not right, but, I would love to see you make an effort like Daawat. I have cooked with Daawat and have liked them.

Anyways, this comment is for my wife’s sake as she said you guys are receptive. She seems to like your products, in case you would like to do some change with marketing, you may use this feedback. Else, you may discard or even delete this.

I'm not sure if the mistake was mine, but the biryani didn't turn out as expected. I think one whistle in the pressure cooker would have been enough—I gave it two whistles, so the rice felt slightly overcooked and a bit stuck to the bottom. The flavor also seemed milder than I expected. Personally, I felt the didigal Biryani Masala had a much better taste and aroma than the Wedding Bhai Biryani Masala.

This wedding kit taste is so bad , cannot explain how worst I felt after tasting . Please do not promote anything good on this . Totally disappointed. I tried fried rice mix it was actually good .
